Can you please explain to me how this happened because before this month this never happened, my bis covered everything, and that is the contract that i signed (bis covers everything) and nobody informed me of this Rim that you are talking about i never signed anything stating that i will be billed for downloads.
If this is how Mtn treats their customers, to change their billings without informing us or without me signing anything i will be forced to cancel my 3 contracts that i have with Mtn and move it to another institute that will appreciate their customers, and to think i have an upgrade due, how do you expect me to continue my loyalty with mtn.
If nobody can contact me and re-reimburse my airtime, than i am sorry i don't want to have anything to do with mtn in future
Thanx for the pathetic service, and its not the first time, I am really starting to lose my patience with Mtn.
