I sent the below email to them on the 31/05/2013 to cancel and they still deducted on the 1 June they are refusing to refund me even though I have sent proof of my emails and bank statement. You are unable to talk to a manager or supervisor only by email
Please cancel my account 6113531 with immediate effect.

which is similar.

Please reverse the amount of R249.95 debited from account 1118840656.
