On the 24th June i received an SMS from ADT stating that the amount of R1, 121.85 would be deducted from my bank account. After phoning the accounts department and explaining that i had already paid this amount by EFT and faxing the proof of payment, this amount was still deducted from my account. I have sent several emails together with copies of proof of payment, copies of my bank statement to ADT accounts department and still receive no response from them. As per our telephone conversation, we are unable to refund R1 121.85 that was debited on 25/06/2013 as that payment has not updated on your account. As soon as the payment reflects than we can start with the process of refunding you. I do apologies for the inconvenience.
