I would like to let you know of the almost complete lack of cellphone service and signal at the home of my extended family. I am issuing this complaint on behalf of them as they were not sure how to do so. They live on the corner of Cassia and Elwak Road in Reservoir Hills, Durban and are a large family who have MTN service. There is absolutely no signal within their house and is surprising as this is a densely populated suburban area. They also purchased an iPad with 3G service from MTN and cannot get Internet at all within their area. Various neighbours and families within the road have also complained at the lack of signal. Please urgently improve signal else they will be forced to change service providers. (Note: There are at least 15 contracts within the families of that house and immediate neighbours that I can think of).
