Paying to hear external noises the whole time

It happened to me a few times this week, that I only hear a lot of noises while I speak with somebody on the phone. It quite me off, as I pay approx R2 a minute for calls, and expect to at least hear the person on the other side. I hope that you can attend to this signal quality problem in Potchefstroom soon.
