Terrible service

We have an account with vodacom that has been handed from lawyers to lawyers every year,
nobody gives us any information that this account is moving and then these people phone us with terrible manners, cannot hear anything they are trying to say and demand money, where we know nothing that is going on. i cannot pay you unless you give me proper information such as banking details and proof of accounts etc & i can actually hear you instead of all the backround noises and echos.
