I bought an S3 mini from Vodacom in February. Had no issues, until about 4 or 5 months ago. The phone's reception is very poor, I'll be standing on one spot have full signal and the next it just drops to nothing, not just a bar or two, nothing, then slowly picks up again. The phone sometimes doesn't want to call out, it'll be stuck on "dialling" and the next minute disconnects. I have to restart the phone and only then it works. My phone has been in 6 times in the past 4 months, of which the last 4 was in the last 2 months. I'll speak to someone and the next minute it's just dead on my side, they can hear me but I can't hear them, and visa versa. Vodacom has replaced my motherboard and replace other parts on every occasion, but the problem doesn't get sorted, as a matter of fact, feels like it's getting worse. I'm tired of struggling with the phone. It's been in for repairs 6 times, surely it's time to replace it now. I'm tired of having to take it in every two to three weeks for the same problem. It's not acceptable! Every Time I take it in, I have to reload all my settings and apps, as KIES does not back this up, it only backs up the contacts, pictures etc.
