I have made enquiries over the last 5-6 months on internet charges that have been charged to my account. I am on a Blackberry contract where browsing should be free.
The CellC technical department called me back after my first enquiry and asked me to change my settings on my What's App which I did, but the charges have still been incurred over the months after that.
I have made various other calls to the billing dept, the consultants have been very helpful over the phone but the problem has STILL not been resolved. I have requested that a superior call me, that I receive a list of the sites that are being visited and have requested a refund for the additional charges I have received... but NO ONE has contacted me!
