COMPLAINT LOGGED ON MTN SITE NOT ATTENDED TOO!!!

Good day,

I have submitted an enquiry/complaint on the MTN Service Provider website, on the 13th of May 2013.
To date nobody has contacted me with regards to this.
My reference for my logged complaint is 100039791.
Time created was 13h04 on the 13th of May 2013.

I would highly appreciate if somebody would contact me with regards to my issues raised as soon as possible as this initial complaint is way overdue!!
