I am tired of not being able to use my own mobile phone during office hours. Why? I get no reception at the office and receive phone calls. If I am fortunate enough to receive a phone call, I lost 2/3rds of the conversation to crackling and dropping of the line. Once, I had to listen to a voice mail 25 (yes, TWENTY FIVE) times so I can unscramble the telephone number left by the guy who could not get hold of me because... I was at the office... in Sandton.
I've sent in many requests through the normal channels to allow the CENTRAL part of JHB (Sandton) where I am located 3km from Cell C HQ to have reception. Do you guys have reception?
Please will you sort it out? I am actually getting tired of telling people 3 different numbers to contact me on.
Also, if you would like to achieve the ultimate medal, please don't drop an email with the lines of "we tried to call you... but your phone was off...". And how do I know that this has a 80% possibility of occurring? Because when my colleagues have complained on HP, they all got the same email.
And unlike everyone else... I am on a month to month contract. So my patience is about two weeks from running out.
