I went to the cell c shop to get a Cover for my iPhone 5. A lady by the name of "thembi" was assisting me. I asked her if she can put on the screen protector, she said no and then giggled. The lady had reddish or brownish braids. I then asked the gentleman working with her if he can do it then he said yes. When I asked him why can't thembi do it he said she is lying she can. I then said to my one friend that I knew she was talking. Thembi then approached with an unacceptable attitude and asked me "if I have a problem". It was unacceptable that she ended up raising her voice towards me and ended up using the "f" word whilst speaking to me. I then asked to speak to the manager then first looked at me like I'm some and she didn't approach the matter professionally. When I asked the manager for the ladies name she told me its thembi and she refused to give me her surname. I think it is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that an employee can use the "f" word while talking to a customer and not be professional. I was utterly disgusted by the service and the bad attitude of an incompetent girl who doesn't know her place. To make matters worse, she used the words "whatever guy" at the end
