I have been having problems with my Blackberry for 3 weeks now, but held off calling Virgin as I dread dealing with their Customer Service Dept. As usual I got wrong advise. So I decided to call head office. I was put through to a delightful, helpful person - Connie, who put me through to Raymond who works in the Technical Department.
As I was not at my pc, he said he would call me at 7.30pm when I got home... and he did!!! That was the first time EVER a customer service person has called me back when they said they would!!! Never happened before. Raymond was amazing. Patient, helpful and a total delight! He even stayed past his home time to sort out my problem.
I am beyond impressed!
