I purchased 2 Samsung phones one was in December (S3 Mini) and the other in January (Samsung S3) I had problems with the phones in Feb that the phone had a locking pattern that kept re appearing i took the phone in and 5 days later got it back with the pattern still appearing, The sales person laughed at me and said I could not cancell the contract and made a fool out of me in front of the public. I cancelled the contact with MTN and the debit order is still going off, no body has notified me about the cancellation. HOpe this matter gets sorted out as I am paying for something that I no longer have. Please notify me of outcome via email.
