On Monday the 14th of January 2013 i went to MTN stores in Clear Water to buy a mobile phone and i arrived there and applied for a contract phone which i was told would take 2-24hours to be approved. The next day Tuesday 15th ofJanuary 2013 i was notified that my contract has been approved. I drove down there to fill in some contractual documents and was told that they were out of stock and that the prders would arrive on the Friday 18th of January 2013 and i should come on the 19th to collect the phone. to my disappointment i arrived there today and they still did not have my contract phone which now is inconveniencing me as i do what i had intended to do with the phone. so i negotiated with them to please provide me with the phone latest by monday 21st of January 2013.
