Unblacklisting a handset

On the 28th December I lost a cellphone, a galaxy tab p6200 and had it blacklisted the following day. The handset was found and I contacted mtn to unblacklist it, submitted an affidavit, certified copy of ID and the contract at mtn polokwane on the 7th Jan 2013a, and on the 15th and on the 17th and my handset is still blacklisted. Consultants gives me different turnaround times for unblacklisting ranging from 24 to 72 hrs and been sent from pillar to post since.
