FRUSTRATED 3G DONGLE

Since I signed a contract with them in August 2012 I couln't get a dongle. Then Erica said she would give me free data to compensate as it was already two weeks into the month. Not done. The 10G's gets used up because the connection freezes and you have to start all over by shutting everything all the while they are charging you. I got 10G on a the first of the month and now it's finished. I asks and query and complain nothing gets done. I aget a phone call to say the software isn't properly loaded. They then show me how to do a dial up it lasts not long and back out of comms. I've been into their offics in Pietermaritburg and lodged complaints since september 2012 as there was no connetion whatsoever. I've spoken to musa and tom who are the consultants there and teck guy. I've phoned customer service more than 10 times only to get a reference no. I ask them about the credit they tell to go back to telkom where it originated. I couldn't even send my invoices out which were delayed and late. I have a business to run and at the point of cancelling my contract with them. Their service is all good at customer service but that is where it stops!!! No correct email given.
