Number porting and call cente

I went to PnP Brits Mall 04.06.13 to port my number from Vodacom to 8ta, sadly mislead thinking it will take 72 hours, to my utter disappointment today is the 11.06.2013, and my number is still not activated, going between the call centre and the Boksburg branch, and to date revieved 4 different SIM cards my number is still nowhere to be found, and as I sitting the Boksburg branch, I'm exactly where I was last week. After questioning the branch today what he done about it, he is now finally on the phone sorting it out. Why do people have to scream to be taken seriously.

Never in my life have I encountered such useless and pathetic service, and people that so conveniently say, "it's not my department, waiting for the other department"

Think the lot of you need to go check again what does customer service stand for...
