This is the second time that my Black Berry Curve has been handed in for "repair" at MTN in Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch. My husband handed in the Phone on 27 April 2013. It is now exactly six weeks later and my phone has still not been repaired. The Repair Center confirmed that they never received the device. The MTN store insists that they send it. They are saying that they are still waiting for a part for the phone. WHAT in 's name is going on? Where is my Phone MTN? I am being robbed by your company. I have paid for more than a month's services and I don't even have a phone to use. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD - YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL YOURSELF A SERVICE PROVIDER. I don't want a refurbished phone - they keep on braking. I asked for a brand new one. You are steeling my money - I am paying every month and I have absolutely nothing to show for it! I will never make use of MTN ever again. I will inform everyone that I know about this and I am about to take legal action - enough is enough!
