I upgraded my Cell C contract on 21/02/2013 for a Blackberry 9320. The staff informed me that BIS would be active in 24 hours. After one week (and numerous calls), BIS was still inactive. In addition, the phone soon became faulty (not holding a charge). I took it back to the store, where they informed me that the phone has to be booked in for repairs, which is ridiculous for a new phone that was little over a week old. However, I had no other option but to book it in and wait.
It took ONE MONTH to get the phone back from Cell C, and still BIS was not working. The staff at the store seem to be playing guessing games as to why the service was inactive and could not give me a straight answer or solution. It has now been nearly 4 MONTHS since the upgrade, and I have not been able to use BIS once! The only reason for purchasing a Blackberry in the first place was BIS, and I don't even have that! Bad product, and even worse service.
