Does anyone at MTN have ANY grey matter whatsoever?? MTN is THE most inefficient, useless organisation I have dealt with in SA. All I am trying to confirm is, if an sms was sent to me on the 3rd June. The client said he sent one but there is no record of it on the mobile. I am just looking for confirmation, I will even supply the number and they can confirm or deny it. How difficult is that? Phoning MTN's 173 number is a totally mind numbing experience. I also dialled 011-9123000 and found a REAL person, but alas, it was not able to perform.
How is it possible for an organisation and it's staff be so incredibly stupid and so thick. The phones are RICA'd for a reason... so info can be traced between various parties. If I sent an sms to MTN's CEO and called him a tw_t I am pretty sure they will track it to my front door before I even log off.
I will never, ever encourage anyone to make use of MTN in future. They really are bottom feeders who hide behind automated answering systems. Their yellow branding is suitably apt... yellow is symbolic of cowards. Useless, pathetic individuals... all the way to the top. Any news on the US investigation about MTN's corruption charges?
