Problems adding a contract

I called your call centre on 08217844 to take out a new contract. As an existing customer I would think that the confirmation process would take no longer than 2mins. As things turned out I spent 14mins on the phone just to be told sorry there is no stock and with no indication on when stock will be available. really?
I would like to order the nokia lumia 620 as advertised on your website on the top up 135 package..
