Hi

I called the Nashua Mobile offices in Durban on the number 0319409111, to confirm an upgrade for my Company cell, this call was picked up by a lady in Johannesburg. On asking for the Rep who handles our Companys account, I was told she does not exist, and I must call the Durban branch and was given the same number that I dialled.

On trying to tell the lady that I already dialled the same number, she then asked for the ID number, I explained to her that this is a company which has over 20 contracts and nobody has the directors id number, i then asked if i can be be transferred to the Durban branch, she replied no. anjd then cut the call.

I am sure that there has been numerous complaints about Nashua mobiles automated system, it is costing us money as the client to call Nashua and then be put on hold to get an arrogant untrained to handle our requests.
