Regularly receiving calls - not meant for me

I receive calls regularly for a Ms Ajouhaar to my number from MTN Yellow Mobile JHB. I've asked to be removed from this database several times before and amoung them I have asked one of the managers to arrange this. It clearly has not been done as I've requested.

I've asked the guy that called me a few minutes ago to remove my number and he said he was unable to do so...? Are your staff not required to know how to do this / which process to follow / who to escalate such a simple to?

Please remove my number from your database. Complaining seems to be the only means of getting a reaction.
