I bought a car with branding and in Sept '12 I received new branding to put on my car. I queried this as my car is a Nissan Micra and the branding they had sent me would fit on a Station Wagon. After many attempts to make contact with them I finally threatened to have a sticker made which reads 'THIS IS A ' and have that put on my car, I finally got a call from Cammy Kurz who accused me of being rude etc. the end of the discussion was that I must leave the ad and that she will confirm in writing that I can discard the ad, which of course I never received. At the end of May I received no pmt, the reason is "Wrong Branding". I tried to make contact with the people listed above and also the helpdesk, and the only response I received was an automated response from helpdesk that someone will contact me shortly. Suprise!! On the 6th June suddenly on my doorstep a courier arrived with the new branding. I work in town and only get home late at night and leave early in the morning, which means that on the 7th which is the cut off for photos, without the new branding, the 2nd month in a row I will not be paid. Bet in 3mnths it changes again. Thanks Kugan you tried.
