I asked my hairdresser about a product which could give some shine to my grey hair. She contacted 2 reps from Schwarzkopf enquiring about a product with code 0-00 (which means NO COLOUR) at all. Both said that it could be used for shine on grey hair. Both my hairdresser and her assistant read through the pamphlet and nowhere it stated that the product could not be used on grey hair. The product was mixed precisely according to specification and put on my hair. While the assistant was busy applying the mixture my hairdresser became suspicious and phoned her previous rep for whom she had to leave an urgent message in connection with the product. She called the new rep who had to phone the technician and call back.By then my hair was already being washed within the first 5 min (product was to be left on hair for 15min) but it was already too late, I had orange hair. After 3 hours, sitting on my cancer riddled bum, and numerous procedures, I had yellow grey hair. I received silver shampoo and conditioner BUT I have yellow hair! I already have a yellow complextion from cancer, I don't need this at all. This is a major fault by Schwarzkopf leaving such important info out. Iam no happy camper.
