Failure to complete my claim nor to respond

I have made an insurance claim over a two months ago to store in Rustenburg and i haven't got responds until last week where i tried to contact the insurance division. The consultant i spoke to Aswad failed to assist me by not responding to my emails and when i contacted him via another consulted he then tell me he doesn't have access to my insurance form. Further more when i send the forms, he doesn't respond.
