I lost my cell phone first week of March 2013 and did all needed paper work for claim, and ever since then I have been taken up & down to get back my replacement. Its either MTN store doesn't answer their phone from insurance guys or MTN says insurance guys are not responding to their emails. Now they telling that 90 days of my claim lapsed, because ever since I have been breathing on their necks. They now coming with all those -up excuses that they couldn't get hold of me... LIKE WHEN MY PHONE WAS OFF...? Please help before I k some one.
