I am very unhappy about the service im getting form cmc i have put in a claim form the 08 jan 2014 after receiving the documentation He failed to let me know i must go to 2 places for a quatations then i went for a second one send documents they say i should have a respond within 48hrs but im still waiting i have send him an email to find out when can i drop off my car to be repaired or if the claim is approved still no respond this is a bad service to beg for it after this i dont think i will keep this policy because the service is very very bad
