Pertaining to cancellation request TOC721812374 I would like to voice my displeasure at being forced to foot the bill for another month for services no longer needed.
These services were obtained a good few years ago via the Telkom Direct shop located on Goldman Street in Florida - a shop that no longer exists. At no point during the process of acquiring said services was I made aware of any required notice period relating to cancellations, nor - to my recollection - was I supplied with any paperwork describing such.
I would appreciate if a Telkom representative could show evidence of when and where I explicitly agreed to these terms. Failing this, I trust I can assume that the cancellation will be processed with immediate effect.
