As requested by Telkom's branch in Sea Point, I have sent a cancellation request through to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on 28 August prior to moving abroad. My account number is 349900268446 and my service reference number is 0214330167.
I sent follow-up e-mails requesting confirmation of cancellation on 2 October, and I have also submitted a request via [URL Removed] several days ago but have not had a response.
Meanwhile, I have just received another bill after the 30-day cancellation notice period has expired:
