I lost my Samsung tablet at the airport two weeks ago enroute out of the country, only to return after the 48HR period in which I should have reported my tablet lost. As such the insurance declined my claim stating that I reported it too late, I had it insured with 24hr Mobility, but thanks to the excellent service I received from Kagiso Mashigo who continued to push relentlessly for my claim to be honoured I have just received the replacement tablet early this morning within 24hrs. We only finished processing the claim yesterday afternoon but I am already a most satisfied customer.
