No Customer Service from Employees

Upgrade on cellphone was due, and decided to purchase a smartphone, instead of changing my contract to higher rate. The sales lady was very helpful with the purchasing of the phone which I paid R 4 809.00 in cash for. But, unfortunately, she did not explain to me how my bill would change, the cost that I would incur if I do not add data bundles. Today is the 11th of June, and since the start of June, my account has risen to R 1084.00, due to not being educated with regards to data usage, costs etc. Vodacom adverts are not very clear, their staff is not educated into giving the correct information to the client, highlighting the risks!
And my data usage that is standing on R 600.00 - emails coming through on my phone! I am not on facebook, not searching the internet, just my e-mails! Vodacom, send your people for proper trainingplease!
