So today I received an email from Pholosa Credit Solutions, stating that my Cell C account has been hander over for collection.
WHAT ACCOUNT???
I do not even have a an account with Cell C. Closed my account years ago when my contract was cancelled. I have been with vodacom for 4 years now.
So I call this nr 27 11 324 4000. Ask for accounts. Person at account look at system but they do not see that I owe them any money. She puts me through to legal where I have been holding on for half an hour without a response. No response!!!
These companies are trying to put screws on ex clients to increase their revenues. Where do I get proof of four years ago that no longer have a cell C account. These people are screwing with my credit record!!!
THIS IS BULL!!! AND HOPE THIS TO BE SORTED OUT ASAP!!!
