I bought a phone from Game in August 2012, it was in Devember 2012, I reported the cell phone (Blackberry Curve 8520) to Vodacom in December and asked them to blacklist it and it STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE.
Nobody has gotten back to me.
There is a gentleman named Craig who I keep phoning to find out news on the progress and Vodacom doesn't get back to him and he has had to try to do it himself.
I bought the phone and got insurance on it (Hollard Insurance) and I can't claim until Vodacom has blacklisted the cell phone.
The phone is NOT in my possession, yet I'm STILL paying monthly for insurance.
Worst service received.
And I have no idea why it would take 4/5 months to blacklist a phone. And cost me an arm and a leg monthly for a cell phone I don't even have.
I would like an explanation and the service I signed up for as well as the job done ASAP. I've lost unnecessary money due to this bad service I have received from Vodacom.
