I cannot connect to data services while I'm in Sandton. The problem is, I work in Sandton... Internet, Whatsapp, virtually everything that the phone is supposed to do doesn't work. Cell C call centre trying to convince me that there is no problem - even while telling me they cant hear what I'm saying because the call quality is so bad! C'mon Cell C, there are enough complaints here to warrant your investigation, instead of ignoring the problem. Rather that, because I can guarantee you, I'm not going to let it go until there is full resolution and we are getting the service we are paying you for!
