I sent the below email to your port in department on the 6th of June 2013 requesting to port to the 8ta network from MTN. But it seems to be a hassle porting to you guys because it doesn't seem like anyone has bothered totake up my request seriously, every time I phone the callcentre I'm told that the request has not been put through yet, what is it waiting for? Its now long over due, I can't even buy MTN BIS because I want to urgently move to the 8ta network and start doing my business through them. Why is it a problem? Should I rather go through to Cell C, because I could conside that?
