Edgars they say I have signed for their funeral policy and airtime contract which I didnt, i went to Edgars today at Kempton park Mumsy insist I did join the policy and she said I even cancelled those policy but when she call head office they said those policies still exist, i asked her to provide the proof but she didn't instead she told me the is nothing she can do because its my account I am the one who accepted. I asked her to give me the Ombusmand number so that I can lay the complain, she said she cant give I have to call head office .and I don't receive airtym at all as I m using contract
