I blacklisted my BlackBerry phone on the 16th (ITC Ref#13660504) and called again to advise it was recovered. I was told to fax in Id copy, Proof of purchase and Affidavit which I did on the20th of April 2013. I faxed to 0866642774 (Att: Thabani Ngwaqa) and have not heard from him ever since. I have made a number of calls to follow up and resolve this. On the 25th I requested to speak to another supervisor and I spoke to George, He assured me he will attend to this urgently and call me back which he never did. He gave me his direct fax number :0835616278, I called MTN again and was told he is not in and the consultant advised me no other team leader can trace on the documents. It's almost two weeks now and I've received no service and explanation why am I getting such ill treatment and keep talking to incompetent consultants every-time to have my phone unblocked.
