Logged call but no response

I have logged a call (3060400896) with the call center but it has been almost a week and no one has even had the decency to call me to give me feedback. I have requested one contract with 2, 5G date per month for R149 and when I enquired about it I was informed I have 2 contracts each for R149 with two different amounts of storage on them.
