Fed up with Cell C service

Sent my phone for repairs 22 Sept 2013, yes a month ago I made numerous calls to check how far was the process as no one bother to inform / give me any feedback I was told that they cannot repair my phone they will give me a refurbished phone... I made a decision that I want my phone back coz I'm even sure if they have my phone (1310150000054990). Spoke to Priscilla last week Friday she told me that they already billed R1178.48 329 my monthly subscription and they cannot reverse it even though they have no take the money from my account; I kindly ask her to sort it out and get back to me which she never did. Today I phone again I was told that my phone is booked to be dispatch tomorrow and she Priscilla told me that I won't get my (R1178.48) money back but Cell C will hold on to it and my next months instalments will be deducted from it. I told that I'm not interested in that I want my money back she was to escalate the matter to Team leader of Billing 9which is what Cell C do best escalating things but no positive response) and get back to me that was 4 hours ago and still no response. I pay my account month on the 25th please sort this out before the date. I month without a phone
