I 'upgraded' a certain contract of mine which I never use - 082 694 1210. I upgraded to a MyGig2 Top Up package a couple of weeks ago when I purchased an ipad. I now receive a bill for R4474.41 for data charges which is completely unaccounted for. I called Shelly who has logged a complaint but also got told that the change to the upgrade was not loaded and I am liable for the full bill. This is totally unacceptable. I did not use the original contract at all (check your records) and would never have used it had a known that I would be billed such an horrendous amount.
