I want to complain about Cell C. I have almost no cell phone reception or 3G reception in Fourways, Johannesburg. How is this possible? I stay a few hundred meters from the N1 and William Nicol?
I've raised the issue with Cell C on 6 June 2013, but they have not bothered to phone me back or even respond to my query. I phoned them on four different occasions since the 6th of June. Yesterday my calls to the call center was dropped 10 times before I managed to talk to the agent, on the 20th it was dropped 5 times. I've sent their customer service e-mails about the problems, I've completed their network problem form. I don't know what to do next? Should I complete the ICASA complaint form for them to respond?
I've communicated alternative contact details and e-mail details every time I contacted the call center.
On the 26th they sent me an sms saying they can't get hold of me... I should contact the call center... guess what... the reason I'm complaining is because I don't have any reception... you won't be able to reach me on my cell C phone!
I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. They have not even bothered to come back to me, never mind sort the issue out.
