Can someone please explain to me why I am being limited by data usage, yet I buy data to surf the net. I got me a Blackberry contract before this whole issue started with data limits. Now I am paying R300 plus for a phone which I cannot use for the features offered when I signed the contract. No one at MTN seems to have staff that has any idea on how to answer me. So now I have a Bold, paying the price of an iPhone or i-pad, with data I bought out of my own pocket, yet I am being restricted by "fair usage". Can anyone explain to me the logic of your systems?
