I have been a customer with Autopage for 15 years. The last 11 months with them has been utterly frustrating. Due to a debit order not being processed, they moved my account to their legal department. I was not informed about this upfront and no special instructions were forwarded. For at least three months I had to phone Autopage to process my debit order. Last month my account got suspended after normal payment was made, I queried this, and no explanation could be provided. This month my account was deactivated still no reason could be provided. I have demanded to speak with the manager of the legal department for three months in succession, there has been no courtesy to respond. A customer can't get to speak to someone who can kick the ship into shape, one is always diverted by the customer care desk, which have no power to pull any punches. I am missing and forfeiting important business matters due to Autopage's total lack of interest and absent customer service.
