My debit order is supposed to go off on the first of every month. Why has Planet Fitness taken the debit order 2 days early? And this is not the first time. When a debit order falls on a Sunday, you should take the following Monday and not the Friday before!!! Some people do not have their money before then.
And why has my debit order increased from R350-odd to R390-odd. And because this is my annual admin payment month, it is a double payment. Why is it R390 x 2?!?! I expected the double payment, not a double payment 10%!!!
I hope my notice of cancellation letter has been received because this is unacceptable and I want answers but no one answers the phones for me to speak to anyone about this.
