I have been calling and Emailing Cell C ever since there has been a network problem in my area and have tried to raise the issue in a very polite and professional way but nothing really seems to work in my case.
I previously called, emailed raising the network issue in Mafikeng but all they do is promise that all shall be well whilst I am being billed every month for services I do not benefit from as per initial agreement.
I would like to cancel this contract since I feel Cell C has dishonored me by breaching the contract agreed upon; that is; they shall load me 2GB data bundles to serve the internet and I shall pay them every month but this has not been the case; they bill my account and load worthless bundles which I cannot endure the benefit of having as per initial plan.
Please, do assist me in this matter.
