Good morning Sir/Madam
I am currently on contract with Cell C and being billed every month without fail! My concern is for the past 2 months there is no good reception of internet network e.g 3G, HSDPA as before and this results in failing to work and study because one cannot download even a simple page.
I called them a couple of times and all they tell me is that it will be fixed in due time; when is due time? but in the mean time they debit my bank account; they load data bundles but they are worthless since there is no network. Try to send them an email? it is never responded to.
