Account includes BIS and not using Black Berry

In Dec 2012 I upgraded my from 2 Black Berry's to an Iphone 5 and a Galaxy S3.

MTN has been debiting my account for the past 6 months with an amount inclusive of BIS and I am not using any Black Berry. MTN should only debit my account with amount of R876 instead of R996.

I have reported the this matter to MTN consultants and I was promised that I will receive feedback via email once this has been resolved. none of that happened, only today when I spoke to the lady at MTN told me that the BIS has been cancelled but cannot confirm that a refund will be done into my account.

In short I want my refund to be credited back into my account. As the consultants said I can only get a refund from Jan- May 2013 the total amount therefore is R600.
