IS THERE ANY INTEGRITY LEFT AT VODACOM

One of your agents contacted me in May 2013 regarding a migration from the Black Berry Talk 100 to the Smart L contract. He informed me that the Smart L is cheaper than what I was currently paying. At that stage I paid R 508.73 and with the Smart L I would pay only R499. He also informed me that my contract remains the same and that there will be no extra costs. To my big surprise when I received my first invoice, my invoice total increased with R263.63.I went to Vodaworld to inform them of what happened and that I want them to reverse that deal back to the Black Berry Talk 100 contract. The lady informed me that I have to pay R564.30 migration fee. I informed her that I am not going to pay that money because I was deceived She went to her senior and they told me that I will not have to pay that money. I have received my account and the total of R564.30 is on my account, but it is not deducted. According to my account I am still liable for that money. I want this matter to be cleared up today and my invoice to be rectified and I would appreciate it if it can be confirmed via a telephone call and in writing.
