INCOMPETENT AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE ATTITUDE

I have to cancelled my contract to stop Vodacom from taking moneys with out my permission from mi account.
I have requested 5 month of itemised billing for my account for the pass three month. Now that I understand that the above mention money have been paid back to me by anther company I would like to settle the outstanding balance.
I received a letter from legal collections that I must paid R150.00 legal fees.
Vodacom you have created this problem, you are welcome to collect you REP-OFF FEES from the company that was CAUGHT taken moneys from my account with out my permission. I think vodacom should compensate me for all the inconveniences and lost of working time that I have suffered.
